These Free Assessment Terms (“Terms”) govern your request for and participation in the CyberWise Training Solutions free cybersecurity risk assessment (“Free Assessment”). By submitting your information and requesting the Free Assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1) Purpose of the Free Assessment

The Free Assessment is designed to provide high-level, educational, and informational insights to help you better understand cybersecurity risk areas that may be relevant to your organization.

2) What the Free Assessment Is (and Is Not)

The Free Assessment is:

• A point-in-time review based on the information you provide and any limited discussion we may have with you.
• Intended to identify general risk themes and possible next steps.

The Free Assessment is not:

• A penetration test, vulnerability scan, forensic investigation, or incident response execution service
• A certification, audit, compliance attestation, or legal/regulatory opinion
• A guarantee that your organization is secure or will avoid cybersecurity incidents

3) No Guarantee; Results Vary

Cybersecurity risk cannot be eliminated. Any insights or recommendations provided are not a guarantee of preventing incidents, breaches, losses, downtime, or third-party harm. Your results depend on many factors, including your environment, existing controls, vendors, staff behavior, and whether recommendations are implemented.

 4) Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Ensure you have the right to share any information you provide (including company information)
• Understand that CyberWise may rely on your representations and does not independently verify information unless agreed in writing
• Make your own decisions about whether and how to implement any recommendations

5) Confidentiality and Data Handling

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.

Please do not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through web forms.

6) Eligibility and Availability

The Free Assessment is offered at CyberWise’s discretion and may be limited by availability, geographic focus, industry, or other criteria. We may decline or discontinue the Free Assessment at any time.

7) Follow-Up and Offers

After the Free Assessment, CyberWise may provide information about training packages and consulting options, including month-to-month advisory services or 3/6/12-month packages. You are under no obligation to purchase services.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberWise will not be liable for damages arising out of or relating to the Free Assessment, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or business interruption or loss of data. Any liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Relationship to Other Terms

These Free Assessment Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, our Website Terms of Use/Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you later purchase services, professional services will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., Master Service Agreement / Statement of Work).
